Our news (reporter Wang Jia) in this mission, 771 Institute of the ninth Academy of Astronautics has equipped single machine products such as environmental control out of the cabin controller, data management subsystem central unit, environmental control data processing device, onboard medical supervision equipment host, voice processing components and 41 kinds of circuit products for the “Shenzhou 13 return mission”.
The environmental control exit controller developed by 771 Institute of the ninth Academy of Astronautics is installed in the node module of the space station. It belongs to the core module environmental control and life support subsystem and is mainly responsible for the environmental monitoring and control of the node module.
The astronauts returned from the Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft and boarded the manned spacecraft from the core module. When passing through the node module, the environmental control out of the module controller maintained power supply and distribution to the valves, electromagnetic pumps and sensors of the node module, and continuously monitored the key parameters such as oxygen concentration and pressure in the module.
The central unit of the data management subsystem is equivalent to the nerve center of the manned spacecraft. During the return flight of the spacecraft, it completes the control and management of the data management subsystem and other subsystem equipment through the system bus, realizes the storage, control, processing and forwarding of various data and instructions, and has the ability of fault work / fault safety.
The environmental control data processing device is the data acquisition, processing and control unit of the environmental control and life support subsystem of the manned spacecraft. During the return flight of the spacecraft, it collects the environmental parameters in the spacecraft and the parameters of the astronauts’ life support system. Through the processing and calculation of the parameters, it can accurately control the adjustment of various moving parts to ensure the appropriate environment such as oxygen concentration, temperature and humidity in the spacecraft cabin.
The host of the onboard medical supervision equipment is the data processing center of the astronauts’ physiological information measurement system, which is equivalent to a clinical nurse. It receives the astronauts’ physiological health index signals and displays them on the instrument panel after processing, so as to realize the medical supervision and guarantee of the astronauts during the return of the spacecraft.
The voice processing component is installed in the communication headset. The design adopts the left / right ear redundancy design, and is equipped with dual microphones and dual headphones to ensure the reliability of the astronauts’ communication, so that the astronauts can maintain voice contact with the ground station during return.
