Cave Game is an interactive real-time minigame where Sheep and Wolves navigate through caves, strategize, and hunt for a finite supply of resources, including Gems, WOOL, Merchandise, and more.

Here's the rundown:

Gameplay Mechanics

- Eligibility: All staked Sheep and Wolves are eligible to play Cave Game.

- Cave Allocation: Each Pack will hunt in its own Cave, with the size and bounties proportional to the Pack's size.

- Competition: Within each Cave, Wolves and Sheep compete for the same resources, with the first to find each bounty claiming it.

- Pack Switching: Once a Sheep or Wolf enters a Cave, they cannot switch Caves.

Entering The Cave

Players begin their hunt in the Lobby at the center of their Cave, which has the following features:

- Navigation: Players can move using arrow keys or on-screen arrows. Movement within Lobbies doesn’t consume Energy.

- Shopkeepers: Found only in Lobbies, Shopkeepers offer various Power-ups for WOOL, which they burn upon receipt.

Energy Management

Energy is a crucial resource in Cave Game. Each step outside the Lobby consumes Energy. Here are the Energy mechanics:

- Sheep: Maximum Energy 100, replenishes at 1 energy/14.4 minutes.

- Omega Wolf (A5): Maximum Energy 125, replenishes at 1 energy/11.5 minutes.

- Delta Wolf (A6): Maximum Energy 150, replenishes at 1 energy/9.6 minutes.

- Beta Wolf (A7): Maximum Energy 175, replenishes at 1 energy/8.3 minutes.

- Alpha Wolf (A8): Maximum Energy 200, replenishes at 1 energy/7.2 minutes.

Sheep and Wolves can also destroy walls to create shortcuts, with Sheep incurring a penalty (stunned for 30 minutes) after breaking a wall.

Power-ups and Inventory

The Cave holds various Power-ups, discoverable or purchasable from Shopkeepers for WOOL. Players have limited inventory space: Sheep can hold 2 Power-ups, and Wolves can hold 3. Here are some key Power-ups:

- Headlamp: Provides visibility for 2 squares in every direction, lasting 24 hours.

- Heat Goggles: Show how many players have traveled over a square, lasting 24 hours.

- Dynamite: Breaks all walls in a 3x3 radius.

- Bomb: Breaks all walls in a 5x5 radius.

- Detector: Provides visibility for 1 square in every direction, even through walls, lasting 24 hours.

- Pickaxe: Allows breaking a wall without spending Energy or getting stunned.

Claiming Bounties

Players can claim Gems, Merch, and other NFTs immediately on the blockchain. WOOL found can be claimed in a Pouch at the end of Cave Game.
