Hangzhou Metro Line 7 starts from Wushan Square Station on Hefang Street, passes Shangcheng and Xiaoshan, and reaches Jiangdong 2nd Road Station in dajiangdong area.
Among them, the Jiangnan section of line 7 (Olympic Sports Center Station Jiangdong 2nd Road Station) has been put into operation on December 30, 2020. The Jiangbei section of line 7 (Wushan Square Station Guanyintang station) is planned to meet the opening conditions by the end of March this year.
The Jiangbei section of line 7 is about 8.2km long and has 5 stations, including Wushan Square Station, Jiangcheng Road Station (line 5 transfer station), moyetang station (line 1 transfer station), Guanyintang station (line 9 transfer station) and Citizen Center Station (line 4 transfer station) - of which 4 are transfer stations.
A few days ago, we took the lead in exploring Wushan Square subway station in Jiangbei section of line 7.
Speaking of the stone of Wushan Square, which reads “Wushan heavenly wind”, in the impression of Hangzhou people, it is as meaningful as the sculpture of “eight girls” in Wulin Square. Hefang Street, Chenghuang mountain and Wushan Square have built an area full of smoke, fire and popularity in Hangzhou.
Since the construction of Metro Line 7 is involved in such a lively Wushan Square, it has been surrounded since August 7, 2017. Since then, it has been deserted, leaving only the jingle of construction.

Now, we can see that the original south end of Yan’an Road and the road leading to Wushan Square are cut off by the construction gate, and the enclosure on the side is also very tight.
Looking inside through some wire grids, you can see that the construction workers on the site are busy, and engineering vehicles such as excavators rumble from time to time.
In the north of Wushan Square tourism distribution center, there is an entrance and exit. At present, the frame has been built, some glass has been installed, and other parts are covered with suspended materials. In Wushan Square, close to the West Lake, at the gate of LIULANG Dongyuan community, there is also a construction area surrounded by green fences, which reads “Hangzhou Metro”.
Around Wushan Square Station, there are many famous communities in Hangzhou, mainly the improvement plate favored by high net worth people.
For example: LIULANG Dongyuan community, which was opened and sold out in that year, is divided into phase I and phase II; West Lake famous garden separated by Hefang Street; LIULANG Xinyuan, which is relatively old but closer to LIULANG Wenying; Further south, there are Zhongda Wuzhuang, which is characterized by exquisite garden design.

We also came to Guanyintang station, which is located at the intersection of Jiefang East Road and Qiutao Road. There are many clothing markets around, such as xinyifa women’s clothing building next to Guanyintang station, China Textile Center clothing city, Yifa clothing city and Hangzhou’s famous Sijiqing clothing market.

It was seen at the scene that the entrance and exit of the subway station near the new Italian French women’s dress building was progressing rapidly, and the prototype had been basically completed. From time to time, workers wearing safety helmets came in and out.
Near the entrance and exit of the clothing city of China Textile Center, the construction progress seems to be slower. Looking towards the construction site, the elevator shaft has been built, the entrance and exit remain in the “skeleton” stage, and no workers enter and exit the construction.

At present, the new site is vacant about 1km near Guanyintang station; Second hand houses mainly include No. 22 community of Changqingyuan, Jingyi garden, etc. The listing unit price of second-hand houses in Jingyi garden is now 37000 yuan / m2 - 46000 yuan / m2.

There is also a construction site under construction nearby, which is the evergreen demolition and resettlement housing project on plot 17 of Qianjiang new town unit. The bulletin board shows that the project was started on May 23, 2019, with a total of 8 buildings after completion.
