On 26 April, in the afternoon, the Chinese Congress for the Exchange of Entrepreneurs, Royal Association of Science and Technology, was held, and this Chamber of Commerce was the only industry-to-professional chamber during the 2023 China Congress for the Exchange of Entrepreneurs. The General Assembly proceeded on-site to negotiate 10 projects under contract, and eight enterprises from the North Entrepreneurship Training Camp made presentations. The event was co-sponsored by the Association of Former Students of Beijing, the Department of Science and Technology of the City of Shenyang, the Royal Council of the City of Shenyang and the Royal People’s Government. The event focused on the Royal Plan for Industrial Development of the Royal Minors and promoted the Digital Economy Policy and the List of Sites of the Royal Minors.
The Chinese Congress of Entrepreneurship Exchange, sponsored by the Association of Former Students of Beijing, has organized five sessions aimed at creating innovative entrepreneurial forums in the country that are centred on entrepreneurs, of the highest size and impact. At the site of the event, 10 North-South creative enterprises, such as Société Générale des Sciences, Inc., and the Wide-East Infinite Network Shares Ltd., have entered into a cooperative intention with the Royal Minors, and eight scientific and technological enterprises, such as Kenzo Minh, Beijing Up Digital Science and Technology Ltd., are conducting project-by-roads, covering a wide range of areas in the digital economy, such as new generation of information technology, biomedicine, smart manufacturing.
Currently, there are 11 digital economic innovation platforms in the Royal Minors, with a total area of 120,000 square metres, more than 540 incubators of science and technology (teams), more than 4,000 in innovative entrepreneurs of various types, and a system of digital economic innovation platforms that are well positioned by the substructures. In addition, the Royal Council has issued a list of 25 scenarios in four areas, nearly 100 scenarios, with a total investment of over 100 million dollars.
