This notice serves as a final reminder regarding the ongoing acquisition, settlement, and restructuring process previously announced by the Sedunia Restructuring Team.

As communicated in our earlier updates, the acquisition of Sedunia's technology assets, infrastructure, and intellectual property is currently progressing toward final completion. The settlement framework established for existing users and token holders remains active; however, the remaining processing window is now approaching its conclusion.

June 7th, 2026 – Recommended Processing Deadline

All users are strongly advised to complete any outstanding requirements, including:

• Buyback enrollment submissions

• Asset conversion requests

• Identity and ownership verification procedures

• Settlement enrollment confirmations

• Escrow onboarding requirements

on or before June 7th, 2026 to allow sufficient time for administrative review and processing.

June 12th, 2026 – Final Bar Date

The official Bar Date remains June 12th, 2026.

On this date:

• The acquisition procedure will be deemed complete.

• The Investor Compensation and Settlement Escrow will conclude intake operations.

• Outstanding claims that have not completed the required procedures may no longer be eligible for processing.

• Legacy Sedunia infrastructure records will begin final archival and decommissioning procedures.

Users who held SED allocations or native assets within the Sedunia ecosystem and intend to participate in the settlement program must ensure all required actions are completed before the Bar Date.

The settlement process has been established to facilitate the orderly resolution of verified user claims through the designated escrow framework. Delays in completing required enrollment, verification, or conversion procedures may impact eligibility for participation.

This announcement should be treated as the final general reminder before completion of the acquisition and settlement process.

All participants are encouraged to review previous announcements, ensure that all required documentation has been submitted, and complete any remaining steps as soon as possible.

Further operational updates, if any, will be communicated through official Sedunia channels.
