Suzhou epidemic prevention and control Circular No. 42 of 2022
According to the regulations of the State Council, the city of Suzhou has decided to adjust the risk level of the epidemic prevention and control mechanism according to the relevant regulations of the State Council:
Building 273, phase II, Shimao shihuwan garden, Wuzhong District, building 40, Longxi new village (jianque garden), Wuzhong District, building 43, phase III, Yinshan Hujing garden, Wuzhong District, building 26, Guandu community, Xiangcheng District, building 3, Suzhou Vanke charm garden, Xiangcheng District, building 12, phase 8, hejingfenghui, Xiangcheng District, and building 18, lanxiyuan, Suzhou Industrial Park were adjusted from medium risk areas to low risk areas.
The risk level in other regions remains unchanged. After adjustment, there are 42 medium risk areas in the city.

No covid-19 confirmed cases were confirmed in Suzhou from 0 to 24 March 1st, and no new asymptomatic infections were found. Two cases of asymptomatic infection were imported from abroad. There were 5 new local discharge cases and 4 local asymptomatic infections relieved from medical observation.
As of 24:00 on March 1, 117 local confirmed cases and 29 Local asymptomatic infections had been reported in this round of epidemic in Suzhou. There were 26 local discharge cases and 8 local asymptomatic infections relieved from medical observation.
Please continue to enhance the general public’s awareness of prevention, do a good job in personal protection, adhere to wearing masks, maintain social distance and pay attention to personal hygiene. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms, go to medical institutions in time on the premise of personal protection.

In order to ensure the stable and orderly operation of the economy and society, the safe and orderly flow of the people and prevent the overflow of the epidemic, the following notice is hereby issued on further optimizing the traffic epidemic prevention and control measures:
From 20:00 on March 2, 2022, 35 Expressway entrances and 4 Yangtze River ferry crossings in the city will be reopened, and traffic prevention and control inspection points will be set up simultaneously (see the annex for details).
Please consciously abide by the epidemic prevention regulations and do a good job in personal protection. For those who really need to leave Suzhou, please pay attention to the epidemic prevention policies of the destination city in advance and make corresponding travel preparations as required.
