As part of our commitment to strengthening the health and liquidity of our ecosystem, we have decided to adjust the minimum thresholds required to continue receiving weekly allowances and thus be able to send tips. Starting from September 1st, the new requirements will be as follows:

• Liquidity Providers: The minimum required will increase from 50,000 $MASKS to 100,000 $MASKS for those participating in the MASKS/ETH liquidity pool incentive on Uniswap (0.3% full range).

• Holders: The minimum required to hold will increase from 100,000 $MASKS to 500,000 $MASKS (wallet connected to Farcaster).

Don't forget, in addition to providing liquidity or holding $MASKS, you must follow the /masks channel on Farcaster to secure your allowance.

Our primary goal is to promote active and meaningful participation in liquidity provision. The health of our ecosystem heavily depends on the available liquidity, which ensures smooth transactions and price stability for $MASKS.
By encouraging more members to provide liquidity, we not only ensure better token stability but also offer earning opportunities through exchange fees and additional rewards for liquidity providers.

The difference in thresholds between liquidity providers and holders is deliberately accentuated to encourage the community to actively participate in the liquidity pool. By increasing the threshold for holders to 500,000 $MASKS and for the liquidity pool to 100,000 $MASKS, we are targeting the most engaged participants while keeping the liquidity pool accessible and rewarding.

This approach will strengthen the robustness of our ecosystem and contribute to the sustainable growth of the $MASKS community.
