To better meet the needs of the ME community worldwide, ME Pass has officially launched a new product upgrade. The latest version introduces two KYC options:“Basic Verification” and “Advanced Verification”.
Verification Requirements
Basic Verification: A simple process requiring only basic verification to obtain an ME ID.
Advanced Verification: Stricter requirements, including facial recognition and uploading a valid ID.
2. Benefit Differences
Basic Verification: Allows users to mint an ME ID but with limited benefits.
Advanced Verification: Unlocks more privileges, such as a Gold ME ID NFT, access to the on-chain node community, participation in the node incentive program, and additional MEC rewards.

Open the invitation link, enter your email address, set a password, and complete the registration.
2. Click the “Install ME Pass for Airdrop” button.
3. Taking the App Store as an example, after downloading, open ME Pass, enter the email and password you used during registration, and click “Log In”.
4. Create a new wallet and follow the instructions to set a password. (Be sure to record and securely store your mnemonic phrase. Do not share it with anyone to ensure the safety of your assets.)
5. After successfully creating your wallet, you can choose either Face Unlock or Gesture Unlock for access settings. (You may also skip this step if you prefer to set it up later.)
Go to the “ME ID” section and start the ME ID verification process.
2. Select your country or region to proceed with the necessary settings.
3. Complete the facial recognition process and wait patiently for the verification approval.
4. Once approved, you will receive your exclusive ME ID.
5. You have received 1 permanently staked MEC, which will automatically generate continuous daily rewards for you.
To maximize your on-chain earnings, enable Advanced Verification. You will need to enter your name, gender, and ID number, and upload both the front and back of a valid ID. document.
2. Once approved, your ME ID Card will automatically upgrade to a Super ME ID Card, granting access to additional benefits, including joining the on-chain node community.
3. Go to the “Dapp” section and select an on-chain node community to join. (First-time users joining a node community will receive a 0.01 MEC reward for free.) If you want to earn even more rewards, you can apply for the ME Ambassador Node Incentive Program.
4. To earn more MEC rewards, you can share your invitation link with friends. For each friend who completes KYC verification, you will receive a 0.1 MEC reward per person.
