July 2025 – TDTC (Tokenomics Digital Tech Corp.), a blockchain infrastructure investment and operating firm, announced the successful completion of its tens of millions of dollars Series A funding round, co-led by HashKey Capital , Archbridge Capital, and G70 Multi-Family Office (G70 MFO). The fresh capital will accelerate TDTC’s strategic expansion in blockchain infrastructure, particularly in global Bitcoin mining operations.
According to the company, the proceeds will primarily support the scaling of Bitcoin mining data centers and global network deployment. Currently, TDTC operates four mining facilities in North America and two in Africa, with additional sites under evaluation across emerging markets. Key selection criteria include abundant energy supply, regulatory compliance, and mature supply chains.
By the end of 2025, TDTC expects to reach:
250MW of operational mining capacity
300MW of projects under construction
Over 15EH/s in combined self-mining and custody hashrate
This expansion will significantly strengthen TDTC’s market share in the global Bitcoin hashrate network.
In addition to scaling its mining infrastructure, TDTC will extend its footprint into Web3 ecosystems and smart energy solutions, leveraging its expertise in AI and fintech to drive innovation in blockchain-powered utilities.
