MintPass, a limited edition NFT pass issued by Mint Blockchain, will be launched in Q1 2024. Holders of MintPass will become the first seed users of the Mint Blockchain, enjoying various benefits within the Mint Blockchain ecosystem. MintCore plans to initiate related minting events for MintPass during Q1 2024.
NIP (NFT Improvement Proposal) is an innovative NFT asset protocol on Mint Blockchain. Any Web3 developer can freely initiate the creation of NFT standards and propose NFT proposals on the Mint blockchain.
After finalizing the L2 technology selection in Q4 2023, the MintCore development team will commence the development of the Mint Blockchain. The Mint testnet is expected to go live in Q2 2024, accompanied by the release of the testnet block explorer and developer documentation, along with community testing activities.
MintCore plans to launch the Mint mainnet three months after the Mint testnet goes live, in Q3 2024. The mainnet release will include the Mint Blockchain mainnet block explorer, NFT browser, RPC node service, developer documentation, and related developer infrastructure. The Mint mainnet launch signifies the official release and operation of the Mint Blockchain, initiating a series of tasks focused on NFT asset protocol development and innovation.
MRC is the NFT standard on the Mint Blockchain. After the Mint mainnet launch, the MintCore developers will begin constructing the MRC asset protocol library. This library aims to provide a diverse range of NFT asset issuance templates and protocol standards, reducing development costs and enhancing issuance efficiency for a broad spectrum of NFT issuance needs.
