I love working at night.
I feel incredible concentration and a lot of energy. BUT in the morning you have to recharge with a few cups of coffee in order to recover “I am susceptible to caffeine and therefore 2-3 cups a day are enough for me”
The bottom line is that this is visible productivity, because it took time from my schedule to comprehend my actions and analyze the results. At the moment, the ideas and deals being worked out continue to give the same profit “I’m marking time”, but like any strategy, “even the most polished one” will soon require modernization or will cease to be relevant at all.
💡under the influence of caffeine, I become more impulsive and sometimes make rash decisions, being led by the “loha trap” narrative
Why am I? The need for a proper schedule and proper sleep is a priority in working with investments and calculating anti-fragile ideas.
Therefore, at the end of this week, I radically change my sleep schedule: my morning will be occupied by jogging or swimming “according to my mood,” after which thoughtful reading.
To be clear, I'm not cutting back on "rect idea" sleep. On the contrary, I will sleep until I get enough sleep “alarm clocks for those who like to suffer”, so you do not have a tempting desire to sleep in the middle of the day, thereby interrupting your plans.
Reading remains one of the main ways to reset the mind and revise the decisions made - that's why I leave reading as a priority.
