Our thoughts are the basis of how we feel. Discern the thoughts as they arise -
Is it true?
Is it necessary?
Is it helpful for me or the people around me?
How does this make me feel?
Is the feeling created due to these thoughts in alignment with the vision I have for myself?
If the answer to any of these questions is a ‘No’ then allow that thought to pass through without getting entangled in it. We need to be attentive not to get trapped in the stories of the mind. Create pure, peaceful, and powerful thoughts to allow yourself to step up into a higher vibrational space.
If there is a momentum of negative thoughts going on due to whatever reasons, allow it to be. Watch them, observe - “Okay, I see I am feeling unhappy due to these thoughts going on in my mind…I see I am having malevolent thoughts towards this being“. Dont try to forcefully change it, allow it to settle. Observation is key here. Observation will allow it to settle. Dont judge yourself for thinking those thoughts, it’s fine, it’s coming and it will pass. If we don’t observe then we will flow with the flow of thoughts and that flow will pull us into darker spaces since its momentum will keep on increasing.
Once settled, choose the thoughts you wish to create. Choose thoughts of gratitude, peace, and power. So what quality of thoughts do you wish to create today?
