Most projects in Web3 start with a whitepaper. A roadmap. A token. They build the infrastructure first and then go hunting for users to fill it.
W8W Creative Hub did the opposite. And what came out of that inverted process might be one of the most quietly radical things happening in the ecosystem right now.
