Nouns For Privacy
Great news for privacy - US Treasury's actions against Tornado Cash have been deemed unlawful by the court! Nouns donated 40 ETH (Prop 493 & 502) towards Tornado devs' legal defense back in January of this year and thus played a small part in this big victory.

Time to scale $nouns?
Path to making $nouns useful and scalable: 1. Get it audited 2. Exclude $nouns’ Noun balance from totalAdjustedSupply (NounsDAOFork lib upgrade + NounsDAOLogicV4 upgrade to consume new lib) 3. Deposit some treasury Nouns (top N ID’s) 4. LP some of the $nouns, and distribute others as builder rewards Benefits: * $nouns won’t break governance quorum * More LP means less slippage, making it more feasible to use $nouns as a medium of exchange within the Noun ecosystem * Fractional treasury Noun distribution for builders rather then giving full Noun’s, which are mostly not being used (and themselves, hurting quorum) Prop 536 failed largely due to regulatory uncertainty and liability, but DUNA might solve this? NNS Labs
Final update for Season 2 from the NNS team, outlining all the accomplishments of this season - launching $NOGS (which also led to an increase in auction and secondary prices across Nouns, Lil Nouns and Gnars), Nouns debit card, Farcaster tipping and governance, and more.
They also recently began distributing rewards to the ecosystem (both resolvers and referrals) to incentivise participation. Read more about the recent updates in their latest blog post.

We were rugged! Last night thieves tried to break into Nouns Deli. Sneaky buggers avoided the cameras, then took them. Our back door did its job keeping them out, but took a royal beating a will need to be replaced. Could be worse. 😤
