We are currently in the FCA Digital Sandbox, which is a testing environment where we can validate our model with regulatory guidance before going live. This process will take a few more months, and there is no shortcut through it. This is important to us because we want to ensure to our community we are serious on getting this right. We would rather take the time now and launch something solid than rush and regret it later.

While that happens, we are not sitting still. We have been in conversations with venture capital firms, and we have had encouraging discussions with people at Coinbase (UK) and the Base team about what we are building. The response has been positive, and it gives us confidence that we are working on something that matters.
On the product side, we are focused on making OpenHouse simple and beautiful to use. When you can finally buy your first property share, we want that experience to feel effortless. No confusing steps or crypto jargon, we're designing for clarity and simplicity with a clear path from signing up, owning property shares and earning rent.
