Financial Model Maps

These are called “input driver financial model maps” and you use them as guides to build and track your finances in you spreadsheet for your creator business. We built these as recommended by Slidebean. I really wish these were available as templates RIP or that AI could’ve made them (we tried. very hard)

I dreaded this task, but it actually changed our life. Once Clover finished these polished beauties, I dropped the jpegs in our financial model spreadsheet. It was the gamechanger that allowed me to get through making our financial projections (4 months ago I had never even opened a spreadsheet before.)

It was 50/50 Ross & Clover. Ross created the original rough drafts in pencil (imagine 3 times the amount of KPIs lol) then Clover scrutinized them (which is how we do things). Clover picks them apart then we make it make sense. Everything gets removed that doesn’t achieve the goal, which is what we both value in systems and design.

But it was worth it. It helped us understand how to track our data efficiently and what KPIs were most profound.

Hopefully this gets us an investor (or a job).

We really hope these benefit anyone who needs them and help teach our community how to survive.
