Yueyang Tower
Yueyang Tower is close to the Bank of Dongting Lake. Together with Tengwang Pavilion in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province and Yellow Crane Tower in Wuhan, Hubei Province, it is known as the three famous towers in the south of the Yangtze River.
The roof form of Yueyang Tower is very unique. The whole building does not use an iron nail and a beam, which is unique in the history of ancient architecture in China.

Dongting Lake

Junshan Park
Junshan park is on Junshan island. It is a paradise for tourism and vacation and a summer resort.
The natural scenery here is beautiful. You can enjoy exotic flowers and plants in spring, the vast Dongting in summer, fishing songs in autumn, the moon in autumn and migratory birds in wetland in winter.

Tuanhu Park was established in 1998, covering an area of 7700 mu, including 5000 mu of lotus.

Bianhe Street
The architectural design of Bianhe street is simple and elegant. It is the traditional style commercial street with the largest area of antique buildings in China. In history, this area is called Bianhe District, hence the name of antique street.
The street is not too long. There is a big stage in the middle of it. Sometimes there are local opera performances, so you can feel the local culture.
Zhangguying Village
Zhangguying village can be called “the first village in the world” for its large scale, strange architectural style and beautiful architectural art. It has existed for more than 500 years.
The village is named after the ancestor Zhang Guying. After many construction in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it still has relatively intact traditional buildings of folk houses in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
