I have some advice from an author whose work I admire and often revisit. Do fewer things, work at a natural pace, obsess over quality.
These are ideas I can get behind and ones I am in the process of molding my professional life around. Fewer things, natural pace, quality work. It seems so simple, but therein lies the key.
Simplicity will set you free
I highly recommend Deep Work by Cal Newport. His catalog is fantastic and this book is a good place to start.

Check out the book on Wordery or Amazon if you like. Better yet, stop by a used book store or your local library.
