We’re excited to debut The Hydra Ventures Podcast on Pods.
The podcast began in October as a way for people to learn about Hydra – the first dedicated investment DAO focused on backing and incubating other investment DAOs.
Hydra is an evolution of MetaCartel and MetaCartel Ventures – one of the first DAOs with a deep community that began distributing capital to projects furthering Ethereum’s adoption.
They’ve been this for years, and their journey has led the community to go all-in on investment DAOs.
After announcing the fund earlier this year, two members, Jakub and Victor, launched the Hydra Ventures Podcast - interviewing founders, key players, and portfolio investments from the community.
Today, we’ve onboarded Hydra, allowing them to publish their podcasts onchain.
For those that have been following along with Pods, you may be used to the Launch Collection format where we release 5 episodes from the podcasts’ archive.
However, we’re doing it a bit differently this time.
Instead of five episode, we’re only releasing one episode from Season 1.

This is the first ever podcast episode from Hydra Ventures, giving a rundown on Hydra’s origin story, how it works, and gives a look into the behind-the-scenes of the DAO.
