A mentoring program helps seilors figure out how to move up the roles in the ambassadors program faster and avoid making silly mistakes that make it difficult to get new roles.
A Mentor is someone who has already reached the rank of Captain, Major or Colonel in the Sei amba program and can share knowledge and skills with seilors on the ship.
The point of a mentor is to make the newcomer an independent ambassador. A mentor is a person from whom you can get answers to your questions. A mentor can check your work and tell you what you need to fix to make your content better.
Don't race to level up right away, because people who have not yet reached the Crew role (level 7 in Sei's Discord) can take on a mentor, beacause people who have reached Crew, Officer and above cannot take a mentor.
The mentor should already be at least a captain and above, as stated earlier. In order to select a mentor, choose from the captains, majors and colonels the person you like. But it is worth paying attention to that person was active in the chat, otherwise you will be waiting for a bad mentor.
