7 They had a few small fish as well; he gave thanks for them also and told the disciples to distribute them.
8 The people ate and were satisfied. Afterward the disciples picked up seven basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

These were the verses I meditated on today. A reminder that when God is with us, success follows — not by our strength, but His. And the story of Jesus multiplying a little into more than enough is a picture of how God blesses: abundantly, generously, overflowing beyond logic.

That is the God we serve.

Today’s sit was good. I felt that familiar tingling across my body — the sign I get when a spiritual presence is near. I believe the Holy Spirit was with me today. That sense of nearness brings so much quiet joy.

Still, I don’t think I’m sensitive enough yet to His promptings. But I will keep praying, keep sitting, keep listening until His presence becomes something I can confidently discern. I genuinely look forward to that day.

The crypto market is tanking as BTC falls below 90K. It’s been a bloodbath out there. People are calling for a relief pump, but honestly, it feels like the early stages of a bear market. Retail is asleep. Most of the pumps have been driven by institutional manipulation, and right now, that fuel looks thin.

But here’s the interesting part:
This environment makes my alpha coins energy test an even more powerful system.

If I can keep losses around 10% and catch winners that run 40% or more — during a bear — then when the bull returns, the profits should multiply. This is foundational work.

Entry was 0.00366. It pumped to 0.0055 (50% up), and I didn’t take profit. Round-tripped back near entry. Two lessons:

1. The new energy test works. Even with some losses, the winners run harder. Net trend should be up.

2. Greed leads to inactivity. I saw the pump. I didn’t sell. Same mistake as with LAB.

CROSS & ALLO
Energy readings went negative today. Closed CROSS at +15% and ALLO at –10%.

Looking overall at this past month, I can see real progress. Early on, I held coins too long (sometimes two weeks), and that always led to losses. I also didn’t have real confidence in the testing method — I was testing random sizes of coins just to “feel” something. And testing coins I already held created mental dowsing, which interferes with accuracy.

I’m not trying to invoke some higher being to make me rich. I’m simply measuring whether the energy of a coin is aligned with movement. That’s why I refined the rules:

• Only test new or recently launched coins (Binance Alpha is perfect for this)

• Never hold longer than 3 days

These rules seems to be serving me well at the moment.
Now the next refinement is: when to sell.

When the pump comes, especially in a bear market, I shouldn’t fantasize about how high it might go. I should be thinking, When should I let this go? A consistent 40% profit beats round-tripping every time.

• If a big pump happens — even on day one — be grateful, thank God, and take profit.

• The initial energy test is working. I’m catching more runners than duds.

• The real training right now is discipline, not detection.

Today most coins showed negative readings — but one stood out:

Korea’s top power bank network. True RWA + DePIN protocol. Strong community. Active socials.
Market cap: 6.34M — plenty of room to move.

I’ll be evaluating it over the next few days.

Looking back at this past month, I truly feel blessed. The downs definitely come, but I also feel like something special is forming — this merging of Christian spirituality with crypto exploration. New doors are opening, and God is guiding each step.

I trust that He is leading me to build this system and this network.
