In the live broadcast, he choked when he took off his police uniform. “People always have feelings. Resignation also means that I have given up my past honor.” He said he had not had time to have a farewell meal with his colleagues when he left.

After half a year, he became an old police officer in the PK network. Onion peeling video

On the afternoon of April 25, in qianbaizaoshan village, Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, chenguoping led a goose with powder Blusher and a green hat into the camera lens. According to the script, he and his “goose partner” fought wits and courage with the “liars” in the village.

From time to time, people who know or don’t know come to him to take pictures and chat. Finally, they will ask, “really quit?” Chen Guoping showed his signature smile and nodded in affirmation.

Half a month ago, 45 year old Chen Guoping was still “anti fraud police officer Lao Chen”. Through Lianmai PK online popularity, Chen Guoping became a phenomenal online popularity in more than half a year.

There is a strong contrast between the uniformed “anti fraud police officer” and the “strange” online celebrity anchor - father-in-law of Xichang, Monkey King, pig Bajie and little Lori. The connection between the two sides is either serious or “amusing”, and the anti fraud knowledge is mixed from time to time. In just a few days, “anti fraud police officer Lao Chen” has 5 million fans. Some media say that because of his promotion, the app of the national anti fraud center has ranked first in the download list of many app stores.

At noon on April 8, Chen Guoping said through a short video platform that he had resigned from public office. Like the rapid popularity, Chen Guoping’s sudden resignation also rushed to the hot search.

How to go in the future? Chen Guoping said he didn’t have a clear direction. “I rely on my own ability, I will not be bad.”

“Traffic password”

“Hello, I’m the anti fraud anchor. What’s your anchor?” Songzhiqiang was stunned when he looked at the “police uncle” on the other side of the screen. At this time, he was wearing the online shopping “eunuch clothes” - a Dragon Robe, a black cloak, and a eunuch hat with a white pearl chain. The white eye shadow was pulled to the sideburns, and behind him were two “minions” in red eunuch clothes.

Song Zhiqiang put away his smile and gathered in front of the camera. “I’m funny. I didn’t do anything.” He added nervously, “absolute good people, he put his left hand on the center of his eyebrows and saluted, with his fake long fingernails across the white eye shadow. The policeman on the other side, chenguoping, still looked serious,” just obey the law. If the app of the national anti fraud center hasn’t been downloaded, remember to download it. “

At the end of the live broadcast, Chen Guoping posted the picture of Lianmai just recorded on the Internet in the form of a short video. The video soon became “hot”, which received more than 1.3 million likes and played more than 30 million.

The short video platform smelled the “hot” smell. At the invitation of the two short video platforms, Chen Guoping carried out a live broadcast for six hours, with 780000 people watching online at the highest time. “When the live PK meets the police” and “how hard the police work to fight fraud” and other topics have been hot searched. The reading volume exceeded 600 million, Chen Guoping rose more than 3 million in a week, and the download volume of the app of the national anti fraud center surged for a while.

Chen Guoping never thought that he would suddenly become popular in the form of PK wheat. Before the live broadcast, the audience in the live broadcast room was sometimes only a few hundred people.

Chen guopingyuan is a policeman of the anti fraud center of the Criminal Police Brigade of the Haigang branch of Qinhuangdao Public Security Bureau. In 2017, the anti blackmail squadron of the Criminal Police Brigade of Haigang branch was established because Chen Guoping was responsible for solving several new criminal cases during his tenure as a criminal police officer. At the beginning of its establishment, there were only three police handling cases and one auxiliary police. New forms of fraud are always emerging one after another. Chen Guoping admitted that he was also deceived when he first came into contact and couldn’t figure out what was going on. One of the characteristics of the new type of cyber crime is “non-contact”. The criminal is out of town. He is on business for more than 200 days a year.

Even if many cases are solved, it is difficult for the victims to recover the cheated money. “I am covered with iron and can’t crush a few nails.”. Chen Guoping wants to publicize anti fraud from the root. Once, he saw his mother “addicted” to short videos. Inspired, he tried to open an account to broadcast live. “I’m one of the first public officials to do live broadcasting.”

Chen Guoping said he was “unable to speak”. When they solved the case in the early years and the TV station came to interview him, he was nervous and stumbling when he saw the camera. At the beginning of the live broadcast, you should think for a long time when talking, and always pause. “Some people say you’re in a hurry for me.” When it was first broadcast live in the Bureau, the two policemen working together in the center would accompany him.

Later, when he found that there was a popular anchor PK Lianmai with others, he said at the beginning, “I’m tutor XX. What anchor would you like to ask?” Chen Guoping began to “wonder” whether he could also publicize anti fraud in the form of PK.

He began to learn from the opening remarks: “I’m an anti fraud anchor. What’s your anchor?”

Some media commented that Chen Guoping’s exploration was to grasp the “traffic password”. People obviously like to watch the panic of “cattle, ghosts and snake gods” in the live studio when they encounter the “light of the right way”. Their subconscious reaction makes people feel funny and real.

Questions also came along, “some people say why I even wheat with demons and ghosts”. Some of the anchors he connected to swam on the edge of the “control” of the platform. The anchor of “men disguised as women” who was the first one he connected did not contact him again. The reason was that the short video platform was investigating and dealing with the behavior of “men disguised as women”, so he didn’t dare to take the limelight too much; Song Zhiqiang said that he initially closed Chen Guoping, who had previously been granted a number for “Cosplay”.

Chen Guoping said that he was also a little guilty at the beginning, because he had not seen other domestic police PK Lianmai, “I’m not sure whether it’s appropriate”.

A few days later, Chen Guoping was relieved. “The real ghosts are fraudsters,” he responded in a program on CCTV. Bai Yansong evaluated his behavior in the program as a kind of “volunteer” behavior.

Million reward dispute

At more than 7 p.m. on March 27, when Chen Guoping was preparing for PK Lianmai, the suddenly appeared red music box occupied half of the screen, with the three big characters “Carnival” written on it. It kept rotating and disappearing in the middle of the screen, and the next one appeared again, which was the highest hit of the short video platform
