Support CollabTech in Giveth’s QF Round!
Your Support Can Make a Difference for Builders!
💚 RnDAO friends, We need your help—urgently! For months we have been working on a program to support builders in Arbitrum and continue the progress from our recent CollabTech Hackathon. However, our efforts are at risk due to a quorum challenge in the voting process. Only 20% (just 30 million) votes against our proposal could jeopardize this initiative, even though quorum rules require 122 million ARB votes to proceed. That is because votes against don’t count toward quorum. This makes mobil...

We’ve just published our Month 4 report for the Hackathon Continuation Program on the Arbitrum Forum!
Here’s a quick glimpse:
Contribo: MVP in development, actively seeking a business co-founder.
FairAI: First customer contract underway, targeting $10k MRR in 6 months. Seeking intros to manufacturing CEOs.
Both ventures are pushing toward MVP completion and validation.
Find the full report here.
At RnDAO, we believe builders should be rewarded with more than just short-term pay—they should own a piece of what they help create. That’s why we’ve designed a compensation model called Sweat Upside, where contributors earn real ownership by investing their time and talent into our ventures. It’s not just theory—this model powers how we operate across the ecosystem, and it’s already changing the way we build.
Read the article to see how it works and why it matters.

Investors: Don’t miss this opportunity to get in early.
On July 24, 50+ investors will gather to hear live pitches from standout builders in the Arbitrum Ecosystem.
With under 10 days to go, this is a unique opportunity to:
Identify high-potential startups early
Access a curated founder pipeline
Receive a follow-up packet with decks + contact info
Get warm introductions to teams post-event
This initiative is made possible thanks to ArbitrumDAO. Explore more details in our thread and tag others who should be in the room!

Doge Meets DAO: A Conversation on the Future of Coordination
Recently, Own the Doge hosted TogetherCrew’s Co-Lead and RnDAO’s Chief Instigator, Daniel Ospina, for a high-energy X Space exploring the future of digital coordination, DAOs, and meme-driven movements.
Daniel unpacked how DAOs can evolve beyond governance drama to become real engines of innovation through small, fluid teams called “swarms.” He walked listeners through TogetherCrew’s AI tools, which help communities cut through the noise and answer questions like “What did I miss?” with a simple prompt.
Listen to the full recording here.
Fair AI has been refining the messaging on their website to better reflect the value they offer and how it connects to the specific needs of manufacturing organizations. The aim is to ensure that visitors quickly understand not just what Fair AI does, but why it matters to them.
At the same time, the team is launching a new campaign designed to test two distinct positioning strategies—one centered on a narrowly defined pain point, and the other addressing a broader set of challenges. This approach will provide clearer insight into which framing resonates more strongly with their audience and help inform how they scale future outreach.
Training Development
The WE.LIVED.IT team has begun preparing workshops on Ethical AI in partnership with the Women in Blockchain Talks community. The first workshop will be an introductory session on AI bias, scheduled for July 30th (time TBD) as a LinkedIn Live event.
The session will explore the sources and impacts of AI bias, potential solutions, and how to approach bias as a tech user, creator, and community member.
The team is excited to kick off this educational series with this foundational topic.
Find Your Next Web3 Role
Contribo recently shared a tweet highlighting the hiring inefficiencies in Web3, which sparked interest and led to a few signups:

In parallel, the team has been continuing outreach to companies with Web3 roles that have remained open for over a month, aiming to better understand their pain points and propose compatible candidates based on their analysis. They've also kick-started a co-founder search using Y Combinator’s matching platform.
If you’re looking for Web3 roles, hiring top Web3 talent, or know someone interested in rethinking how talent is discovered and how opportunities find the right people—beyond traditional resumes and job applications—reach out to the team on Telegram — @JuanRah or @AlexusNavas — or join them on Discord.
Our partner Bchain Africa is introducing the "Onchain Festival" - Africa's largest convergence of creators and innovators building the next generation of the global onchain economy. Their goal is to bring 100,000 people onchain through consumer apps and AI Agents (Gaming, finance, social, etc.).
