After deciding to attend K 2025, Fair AI initiated a targeted outreach campaign aimed at key attendees of the fair. This strategy marks their shift from planning to active engagement, enabling the team to establish early connections, collaborate with potential partners, and influence discussions before arrival. By adopting this proactive approach, Fair AI positions itself to fully seize the opportunities that October will present.

Refined the gig creation flow to make it simpler and more approachable for organizations
Collected new founder feedback on hiring pain points, especially around verifying technical skills for non-technical founders
Experimented with Reddit outreach to validate interest, despite initial posting limits
This week, five new members joined, including:
A builder with Web3 experience
A co-founder at SoSoScaled, bringing startup growth expertise and community ties
A serial entrepreneur with ventures in hedge funds, staking, DAOs, and Web3 products
A Web3 veteran exploring trading, research, and community building
