From 0:00 to 24:00 on March 3, 3 local confirmed cases (all in Fangchenggang, of which 2 were transferred from asymptomatic infection) and 5 local asymptomatic infections (all in Fangchenggang). Five local confirmed cases were cured and discharged on the same day (all in Baise City). As of 24:00 on March 3, there were 151 locally confirmed cases in the region (103 in Baise City, 1 in Nanning city and 47 in Fangchenggang City), and 15 local asymptomatic infections (all in Fangchenggang City).

On the same day, 26 cases of confirmed cases were imported from abroad (all in Chongzuo City), and 9 cases of asymptomatic infection were imported from abroad (all in Chongzuo City). Two cases of confirmed cases imported from abroad (all Chongzuo) were cured, and 8 cases of asymptomatic infection imported from abroad (all Chongzuo City) were relieved of medical observation. There are 143 confirmed cases imported from abroad (126 in Chongzuo City, 9 in Qinzhou City and 8 in Fangchenggang City), and 182 asymptomatic infections imported from abroad (181 in Chongzuo City and 1 in Guigang City).
