Anjufang is an integral part of the housing system of Hainan free trade port and a major livelihood project. On November 20, 2021, six 26 storey residential buildings on the construction site of Haikou changxiushi family housing project were fully capped, more than one month ahead of schedule. “If the construction is faster, talents can enjoy the dividends of the free trade port policy as soon as possible.” The project leader of Hainan Branch of China Construction Second Bureau said.

On December 23, 2021, two high-rise residential buildings were fully capped in advance for the mesheshi family housing project located in Guoxing Avenue, Haikou. The project has overcome multiple difficulties and effectively ensured the construction progress. The project construction unit country garden Hainan region innovated and applied the construction mode of “construction robot + BIM Technology + assembly”, and introduced nearly 10 robots such as self-developed intelligent follow-up distributor for the first time, so as to improve the construction efficiency and project quality.

Since the commencement of Haikou Anjufang project, the construction progress has been continuously accelerated, and good news has been reported frequently on the construction site. At present, the city has started 12 housing projects, which can build 10147 housing units. At the same time, we will speed up the site selection and land supply of secure housing projects, further promote the construction of secure housing, and make the policy dividend of free trade port benefit the masses.
