Remember there is a street, called "Kwai Yi Road", I once in the street an old shop made two shirts, solid color small round collar, one white, one blue, very soft material. People walk in the alleys, sewing machines are whirling, the radio is babbling, the craftsmen at the door is weaving bamboo baskets, those colorful cloth quietly hanging layer after layer under the blue sky. On the way, my roommates would tell me stories about their childhood and lament how sad it was that the streets were becoming deserted. I can't remember whether it was the Lantern Festival or July, when I saw a picture posted by my roommate. She and her friends were lighting lanterns in an old alley, surrounded by a livid wall and a group of children playing around. You could hear laughter across the screen. We often went to a shop owned by an old couple with boiling water on a charcoal stove at the door. The color of the charcoal fire is bright. It reminds people of when they were young, before the chickens crowed, they stood up. The old couple wore blue aprons of that coarse, old material, which had been kept under the coals all day, and the fresh coals had not yet kindled, but the air was warm and stuffy. There are rice noodles, fine flour, sweet potato flour, in addition to a lot of green vegetables, ten yuan can eat very full. He and his wife are from Anhui Province. They love to listen to Huangmei Opera.

Every time we go there, the TV set is playing Huangmei Opera. Less rain in the south, the day is sunny, the evening sun, people are very mild, with a slight fatigue. Besides shopping, I also like going to art galleries. There is one next to the West Gate Tower. I have seen Luo Hanlei's [illustration] figure painting there, and I really like the little girl with braided hair and dandelion in her hand. Have seen the Thangka [illustration] exhibition, unusually quiet exhibition hall, in a green Tara [illustration] portrait stayed for a long time. In addition, there are vegetables and fruits and arhats painted by the old garden, which are very withered and pale and deeply win my heart. Sometimes it was too early to see the exhibition, and I would sit alone in the lounge for a long time. There were a lot of printed picture books, which I could not afford, so I could only flip through them. I have read Huang Youwei's gouache, and I really like the old Beijing under his pen. Every painting seems to have the color of sunset, which is deep and quiet. There is also his prose, which is as light as a paintbrush. Look at the exhibition of those commemorative books, originally kept, when graduation moved around, most of the scattered, now think quite a pity. My classmates and I have seen Xu Beihong's horse painting, but we don't think it is as amazing as we imagined. In the same issue, there are prints. The painter is from Shu, and most of his themes are delicate and moving from Bashu scenery. Cano Shojiro [illustration] once said, "What I seek from art, in a word, is the feeling of relief. I think this world is full of trouble, from my own experience, it is true. I think of life's troubles; Can not stand his pain, often want to pray to or things, and hold on to ask for his help; And I want to shake hands and wail with anyone who is in such a mood."

During that time, when I saw some paintings, I had this kind of sympathy in my heart, because I was full of trouble, but I couldn't tell, so I had to ask for help. There is also an art museum next to the garden. Although the works in the exhibition hall are updated very slowly, I still go there often. Most of the time, I go to the garden to see the flowers. Keyuan Garden is one of the four famous gardens in Guangdong. The other three are Qinghui Garden in Shunde, Liangyuan in Foshan and Yuyin Shanfang in Panyu. I have never been to any of them. However, the garden is a small garden, built by Zhang Jingxiu in the Qing Dynasty. It has scattered heights, pavilions and water pavilions, and rich varieties of flowers and trees. Enter the pool, the pool raised some water lilies, the upstairs opposite climbing a string of fireworks, open for spectacular. The most famous is Green Qi Lou, it is said that the Zhang family had a collection of famous piano "Green Qi", specially built for the piano building. Opposite the small building is a small artificial lake, empty, if some lotus plants would be good.
