In the twenty-first century, the press, King Beijing, reported on a paper by the Department of Education of the City of Fertilizer, which brought the topic of general separation back to public opinion.
Parents of the co-fertilized city are reported to have indicated that some of the directors of the three initial classes, “in the shadow”, require or direct students to attend secondary schools and not to attend secondary schools. The application for “formity clauses” to be signed by students was also transmitted online.
In recent days, the Department of Education of the City of Concession responded by issuing a circular requesting all lower secondary schools throughout the city to guarantee the full completion of nine years of compulsory education for every student and to prohibit the transfer of non-graduating students from lower secondary schools to middle schools. No secondary school shall receive the enrolment, examination and attendance of three primary school students.
The mid-career initiative, which had been taken over more than two decades ago in response to the contraction of secondary school students, had significantly complemented the sources of secondary school, but had also had a negative impact on the compulsory exclusion of some students from university. At present, there is a ban on secondary school enrolment in spring for three new graduates.
The direct reason behind the general separation is that all regions maintain a “generally comparable ratio”. The annual report on the quality of secondary vocational education in the city of fertilization (2023), issued by the Department of Education of the City of Co fertile, provides that in 2022, the general rate of enrolment in the secondary school phase of the city was set at 1:1 and strictly enforced.
However, according to data released on recent days by the Ministry of Education, enrolment in mid-career schools (including technical schools) in the country in 2022 represented only 40.71 per cent of enrolments at the upper secondary level, or about 4:6.
Stringent pierability does not necessarily provide for industrial workers, and the positioning of secondary education is now shifting from employment to employment and advancement. A number of secondary schools are even accessible to high secondary students in general high schools, attracting students who are less able to do so to attend higher education.
Controversial recruitment
Access to compulsory education is protected by law. It was reported that, following the online exposure of the dispute, the staff of the Department of Education of the City of Conceptiveness, in response to a media interview, indicated that the successful completion of nine years of compulsory education by students must be guaranteed, and teachers, in particular the Director of the School, were barred from speaking in favour of a language similar to that of “incompetent schools that were less able to read in middle”.
The staff member stressed that if there were such irregularities in schools, the Office of the Director of Education would supervise and inspect schools.
Not only are fertilizers, but there is a similar pattern in many parts of the country in the near future. According to a communication from the State Council of Education, “there are also very few schools and teachers who interfere with the enrolment of students in high- and middle-level high-level examinations”, a request is made to “prohibit any form of obstruction of the enrolment of students in high- and middle-level examinations”.
In February 2023, in a letter from the City of Hiroshima, it was emphasized that all districts and schools were required to implement and guarantee the right of primary and secondary school students to participate in secondary school without interfering or restricting their enrolment; no school or individual could, for any reason, induce a student to abandon secondary school, drop out of secondary school, advance “spread” or re-education.
The President of the Institute of Education for the Twenty-first Century, Mr. Congrat, said that the economic report of the twenty-first century indicated that students chose to work in their own circumstances and did not allow them to participate in the examinations with their teachers. This approach will further deepen the bias of students and parents towards middle-level jobs, stimulate disquieting, and consider mid-career education as inferior.
In fact, the Department of Education of the City of Fully informed that, starting from 2023, full-time students are no longer enrolled in secondary schools in the city as a whole in principle, and that non-compulsory school enrolment is only permitted in secondary schools that have not completed the previous autumn enrolment programme, and is accepted for admission by the City Education Bureau.
At present, however, policies vary across regions. According to information from the network of officials of the Department of Education, on 7 April, more than 1,000 students were enrolled at the Anglican Vocational School in the city of Sixan in the spring of 2023. The information does not disclose the origin of pupils in the spring.
Middle spring recruitment was an innovative and promoted practice. In 2004, a circular was issued by the Office of Education, whereby secondary school enrolments could take place in the spring and autumn. In addition, the Department of Education has introduced the first three streams into the examination of the principals of lower secondary schools.
“In the case of middle school pupils, schools are suspended.” A mid-school teacher, Uh, who had been enrolled in the spring school, said that “we will work with school principals at the lower secondary school level, leaving out students who have failed to perform early hours, helping schools to focus on war-making and paying bonuses to lower secondary schools through the Education Bureau”.
Weh told the economy of the twenty-first century that “the middle spring is used as a disconnect to pupils at the beginning of the introduction of the middle cycle, and that the birth of the spring is mainly the result of students who have failed to learn, or even who do not want to study again, who are likely to drop out of school if they do not go to school”.
However, Uh introduced that his middle school had been active after several rounds of recruitment in the spring, “because the quality of life is too poor to manage”.
“In comparison with students in autumn classes, pupils in the spring classes not only learn from poor foundations, but also have problems of quality and behavioural habits, such as fighting”. Goh said that the number of active schools in the spring had been significantly reduced.
Middle East
The biggest driving force behind mid-career recruitment is now a source of pressure for middle-level schools.
In March 2021, the Office of the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on the Admission to Secondary Vocational Schools in 2021, which emphasized that “the rate of adherence to the general standard is generally equivalent”.
But what is the criterion of “generally equivalent”? The view was expressed that the current ratio of 4:6 was broadly comparable. The current situation is considered to be largely comparable, and the annual report on the quality of vocational education in the western secondary sector (2022) states that in 2021, the district’s “intermediate school enrolments account for 42 per cent of the upper secondary school enrolments and the proportion of general appointments”.
By contrast, the combined effect of this exposure to the first three streams is different. The annual report on the quality of secondary vocational education in the city of fertilization (2023) states that in 2022, the general proportion of enrolment plans for the entire high school year was set at 1:1 and implemented strictly.
Over the previous three years, the baccalaureate has been increasing. In 2020, the P-3 ratio was 44:56; in 2021, the P-3 ratio was 46:54; in 2022, the P-3 ratio was 48:52.
Demand for a general margin in the province is also higher than the current national average. An emblem
