2024 was a hugely successful year, as we’ve continued to expand our operations and advance our mission of helping make blockchain work everywhere. We achieved SOC Type 2 Compliance, surpassed 1.5bn TVL in AUM, and reached 9000+ validators in LATAM across 36 protocols.

Let’s go through some of the highlights of the year!!!

Driven by the inclusion on Lido’s curated validator set, we reached 8,500 validators and crossed the $1Bn in Assets Under Management, getting close to our goal to bring 1% of the ethereum validators to Latin America.

We kicked off the year with a bang becoming Polygon’s first Node Operator from Latin America in their validator set. This brought local infrastructure to the network, enhancing the performance of all peers in the region, who can now stake POL (formerly Matic) with us and earn rewards.

We are immensely proud to be among the first few node operators participating in this important milestone: the Simple DVT module using @oboltech, and later SSV, in mainnet. This is helping bring more decentralized infrastructure to Lido that allows solo-stakers to participate in running validators, which was planned for Q3 as the Community Staking Module.

With the support of the Aptos Foundation, we launched our first validator on this revolutionary protocol based on Move language, which introduces a safer, faster, and more expressive way to craft decentralized applications (aka Dapps).

We are honored to have Open Zeppelin, the world leader in securing blockchain applications and smart contracts, as one of our clients. We launched their validator on the SEI ecosystem in collaboration with the SEI Foundation.

Restaking might remain as one of the most significant trends of 2024 and as the leading infrastructure provider in Latin America, SenseiNode launched the first operator in the region.

This event was a significant milestone for us, reflecting the growth, support and community we have built since launch.

Organized together with Meta Pool and Staking Rewards and sponsored by Near Foundation, Cryptologic, Internet Computer Protocol and Picasso, the event gathered 120 decision makers of the Fin Tech and Blokchain industry in Latin America.

Our CEO, Pablo Larguia, started off the discussions on the current state of staking, before we dived deeper into L1's & Interoperability, the role of fintechs for adoption of crypto in Latam, our partnership with Aptos, established and future protocols, DVT (specifically the Simple Module from Lido), and on-chain governance & DAOS.

We launch a validator for Securitize, the Leader in Real-World Asset Tokenization, on the Aptos protocol.

In October, we successfully completed the rigorous SOC Type 2 audit process.

The SOC 2 Type II audit, developed by the American Institute of CPAs, is the most comprehensive certification within the Systems and Organization Controls protocol. The report covers a wide range of controls, indlugin but not limited to: logical access controls, application development controls, system monitoring controls, and data security controls.

SenseiNode’s compliance with this standard provides proof that our information security policies, procedures and practices meet rigorous SOC 2 standards and that our platform is protected against unauthorized access.

We collaborated in the pop up city in Buenos Aires, organized by Crecimiento Movement, with the support of industry leading companies.

We hosted our second Staking meetup event and it was a great opportunity to connect with the crypto community and share our vision for the future of blockchain infrastructure in Latin America.

In just the space of a year, our TVL has increased 3x!!!

We’re really proud of this achievement, as it reflects the trust and confidence our community has placed in us for building institutional-grade-staking-as-a-service with the leading node infrastructure.

We top off this incredible year by launching our Solana validator in Brazil. This initiative was supported by the Solana Foundation, and Forma City with the aim of enhancing network decentralization while fostering community growth locally.

We will continue in 2025 to provide support for more protocols, improving the decentralization of the ecosystems on which we participate by diversifying the geographic jurisdictions and hosting facilities.
