• Labs vs. token revenue: Two ways to look at it. Either, it's a direct investment (cost) of R&D in the PnL. Or, a direct syphon of funds. It depends on the project.

• Vibedesigning and coding is here. Experiment with Builder, Framer, Figma AI, Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Copilot. Founders without a working prototype, even at preseed, are becoming an easy pass

• Onchain music is one of the hardest categories to back
