Significant progress this month as app progress has hit a flywheel, or it had until we started building events infrastructure! The marketplace and cart functionality are fully operational, including token-based purchasing, approvals, and token burning mechanics. Proposal submissions and on-chain governance voting are now live and fully integrated, along with robust notification and proposal status tracking. Our events infrastructure has been a major focus, featuring a community calendar, event creation, NFT-based event registration and completion, token-gated event access, and considerable troubleshooting of smart contracts.

This effort has taken up much of our focus over the past seven months but we believe it fundamentally transforms our capacity as a 501c3 and that of many other communities that want to collective share assets, co-govern, and work towards greater visions of good. Our intention to is leverage the app to grow SpiritDAO, but also serve as a revenue engine for our organization—forking the product into a modular dao platform designed for mobile first-management and offering managed services for third parties. This engine will power our efforts to serve our core purposes here at SpiritDAO.

We're looking forward to inviting you to a closed beta for the community infrastructure. We will begin outreach over the next few members to individuals who have expressed interest to begin testing our application in real time.
