And other strategic measures.
In the new children’s program, Proposed “The ability of children’s medical and health care services has been significantly enhanced, and the level of children’s health has been continuously improved. The mortality of children under the age of 5, infants and newborns should be controlled below 6 ‰, 5 ‰ and 3 ‰ respectively. We should build and improve the prevention and control system of birth defects covering all stages of marriage, pregnancy, newborns and children, and prevent and control serious hazards such as birth defects, common diseases and malignant tumors of children The goal of “effective prevention and treatment of children’s health diseases” has set strategic measures such as “giving priority to ensuring children’s health, improving children’s health service system, strengthening children’s health care services and management, ensuring the safety and health of children under the age of 5, strengthening the comprehensive prevention and control of birth defects, strengthening the prevention and treatment of children’s diseases and improving children’s nutritional status”.
In order to promote the implementation of the “three child policy” in Hunan Province, the new plan also puts forward a series of requirements:
First, strengthen maternity security. Improve the service level of eugenics and child rearing, implement the maternity leave and spouse paternity leave system, and explore the implementation of parental parental leave; Improve and improve the maternity security system covering urban and rural women, explore the establishment of a multi-level maternity security system for urban and rural residents with basic medical insurance as the main body and maternity subsidies as supplements, and improve women’s maternity medical treatment and maternity subsidies; We will implement the special provisions on labor protection for female workers, regularly carry out special supervision on the protection of reproductive rights and interests of female workers, provide public services for reemployment training for women whose employment is interrupted due to childbirth, and create conditions for women’s career return and career development after childbirth.
