Week 3 kicked off with new voices, new submissions, and new energy across every layer of the ecosystem. The December rhythm is becoming real: SongJam activity, Incented voting, ZAO Fractals, and daily community flow.

Here’s what moved today.

This week we hosted ZABAL AMA #3 directly on the SongJam leaderboard for audio spaces, testing out the new integration. Six people joined us on the platform for the very first time — a great early signal of how these tools can expand the ecosystem.

Our Incented Phase One sprint has officially wrapped, and today we revealed the winners before moving into Phase Two voting.

The Phase One winners are:

A cultural decoding of ZABAL’s philosophy and foundations.

These three submissions set the tone for what Incented will become:
a loop that rewards creation, curation, and participation across the entire ZABAL ecosystem.

Phase Two voting is now underway.

We also held ZAO Fractal #80 with a strong mix of returning builders and new faces stepping into the Fractal Game.

The weekly rhythm continues to be one of the most consistent strengths of the ZAO — a place where work is recognized, signal is shared, and culture stays aligned.
