Great white across the sea
Zou Hongping rowed a raft on a fishing boat
Testing for island residents
On April 17, Changhai County started the whole domain nucleic acid detection. At 6 o’clock in the morning, when the tide was full, a “big white” on the sea in Guanglu Island town was struggling to paddle the self-made raft on the island to slowly approach a fishing boat. He is Zou Hongping, a 58 year old volunteer in the town. He wants to row a raft to his fishing boat first, then sail to the shore, take some medical workers in charge of nucleic acid collection and go to Hongzi dongtun to test the residents of the island.
Hongzidong island is a special island where people can walk at low tide and can only pass by ships at high tide. Based on the principle of “all inspections should be carried out without leaving one person”, Dabai people should cross the sea and land on the island to collect nucleic acids for island residents and enterprise employees. After learning about the difficulties of the medical staff, Zou Hongping, the resident group leader of Hongzi dongtun, offered to use his family’s fishing boat to send them into the island. After a busy day, a total of 56 people stranded on hongzidong Island were tested for nucleic acid. A total of 9753 nucleic acid samples were collected in guangludao town.
