Although not fully realized, the metaverse is gradually taking shape through gaming platforms that host in-game events and develop virtual economies. Blockchain technology plays a crucial role in the metaverse by providing utilities such as tokens, NFTs, digital wallets (Trust Wallet, MetaMask), and decentralized governance systems.

Currently, several blockchain-based metaverse applications allow users to generate real income, such as Axie Infinity, SecondLive, and Decentraland. In the future, the metaverse could evolve into a comprehensive digital economy, involving both major corporations and decentralized projects.
