joyful dance;
worker becomes MVP
Spring is exploding early this year, but, as always, with verve. Croci, daffodils, blossom trees, everything is coming out of hibernation. Even though it triggers my allergies, I love it. It's beautiful. Exciting, Fresh. Days are noticeably longer. The sun is warmer. People seem to be friendlier.
If you look closer at the flowers and blossoms, you see little workers being busy. They hop from flower to flower, collecting raw materials for honey. And as they do that, they pollinate. They ensure that the blossoms grow out into fruit. Into food.
As I watch this in a tree with vibrant pink blossoms, I am amazed. How can these little creatures play such an important role?
We all have our role to play, and maybe the role of us humans is to make sure our pollinator populations do not get decimated any furhter.
