The Collaborative League of Peoples - Liga Colaborativa dos Povos (LCdP), brings together diverse ethnicities, cultures, territories, and biomes, with the mission of addressing socio-environmental conflicts to achieve peace, global prosperity, and the right to life.
Liga Colaborativa dos Povos, or LIGA, is taking shape as a DAO built by partner organizations with the purpose of creating regenerative infrastructure through the building of bridges for mutual support among people and organizations of aligned foundations.
At this moment, we are integrating blockchain technology and crypto economy principles to create systems of crisis management and interoperable systems for tracking environmental risks, a real-time reporting system, and interoperable territorial data management.
The tech-oriented fundamentals of LIGA reside in the knowledge received by local people, ancestors, and traditional communities that have used different tools and technologies across human history to develop new tools, inventions, and solutions to the challenges of their time.
We use digital technology as one of the technologies of our time, addressing the development of new tools, intelligence, research, and operational design infrastructure for human coordination and biodiversity regeneration
Blockchain tech systems can address some of the challenges in live projects where LIGA is operating as climate emergencies (insurance automatization, smart contracts design), right defense (legal registers, digital proof), governance and participation (immutability, DAOs, finance).

Liga coordinates a series of journalistic news about the energetic transition in Brazil and the aspects perceived by the local communities:
A series of news on the largest Brazilian media journal
Audiovisual registers of violations, threats, and complaints
National impact visibility to issues affecting the environment and communities

The complaints highlighted that the company was causing environmental damage to the local lands, violating traditional territories, and inflicting various harms on the community's social life context, particularly affecting women, the elderly, and children.
LIGA has created a report system to collect this information, resulting in a Report produced in partnership with local communities, revealing serious signs of socioenvironmental violations, through methodologies of multiplier agents, real-time data surveys, and a database that results in a robust document that has resulted in a Class Action to protect the rights of the local population.
The report uses geospatial and satellite data systems to demonstrate in real-time the conditions of the Wind Farm park industry, using polygons to indicate the private and public properties that have been violated by the project.

The interviews were registered with a data stamp about origin, profile, data, hour, and localization to prove that they had been received by real residents and at the time of the enterprise operations. Satellite images were used to demonstrate the impacts on properties, local fauna, and flora, caused by illegal deforestation to build the wind farm park.

The result was registered using Blockchain technology, creating a validation of the organizations involved in the project and preserving the record of declarations, histories, complaints and real conditions measured at the time of the report. All of the registers incorporated the legal requisites of data privacy, consents, and agreements.
The use of decentralized systems offers more efficient tools for civil society above your rights; foster economic improvement, with efficiency and costs reduction; bring transparency and social control through institutions; improve legal administration for justice, and more.
Smart Contracts can deploy a protagonist role, allowing the development of transparent systems through which investors and business stakeholders can check the adequacies of the operations; the public can access how public resources and judicial compensations are being managed; legal agreements can be improved, like private insurance contracts for automatic payouts; and much more.
Zero-knowledge proof can turn into an extraordinary tool to protect the privacy and the autonomy of local leaders and members of organizations. Brazil, for example, is one of the most dangerous countries for human rights activists, and technology can be used to create independent and safe communications systems. More than this, ZK can represent an efficient embedded tool in legal systems, offering proof about the reality without revealing sensitive data to third parties.
