On Sunday, July 14, the 2024 Data License Auction concluded successfully.
There was a single bidder, WeatherXM AG (Zug, Switzerland), who entered the auction with the minimum bid of 100,000 $WXM. After the auction, the bidder transferred the amount to the Association's Treasury wallet (for the relevant transaction refer here).
As a result, WeatherXM AG is the only entity allowed to use the Network's data commercially, during 2024.
