At the time of this post most web browsers, with the exception the new Obian browser and the Divanan browser (app for Android), do not yet natively resolve (display) even basic content associated with Freename Web3 domain names. Typically these are smaller one-page websites with basic HTML content, embedded videos or images, and clickable hyperlinks. However, they still can't resolve due to the content being uploaded on the IPFS decentralized node internet system and not having a normal DNS for the browsers & search engines to index.
Whether the Web3 website would be for a local business or a generic (nationwide) audience, the IPFS content makes it difficult due to Freename's not having a native gateway at the time of this post. Websites uploaded and tied to the .eth domains natively have a crawlable display gateway structure which is NAME.eth.limo or NAME.eth.link - and Freename does not have this kind of extension yet.
The screenshot on this page shows the website content which was uploaded to IPFS and mapped to the https://superworld.metaverse Freename SLD (second level domain) via the domain settings on IPFS. The IPFS hash for this website is:

Both of these map to the same content on the Freename Web3 domain: superworld.metaverse
As you can see there are multiple URLs and ways to convey this information on the non-traditional, non-centralized IPFS website system. The superworld.metaverse Freename Web3 SLD domain name, indeed, does resolve properly in the Obian and Divanan browsers - so hopefully one day the same will work in more traditionally-used web browsers.
Another example of this working for a specific country, such as Trinidad & Tobago, is https://example.trini - based on the .trini Top Level Domain (TLD) also held by Divanan who is based in Trinidad.
These domains also are NFTs if minted on the blockchain so they can be transferred and referenced with blockchain technologies. Immutable time stamps also come along with this for proof of ownership, record changes, content updates, and more. Those benefits are not yet widely used at the local business level. However, smart businesses in local markets may get first-mover's advantage if they decide to study and use them properly.
