Many significant developments have occurred in this last month, and this article will highlight the key milestones of each of our departments throughout September 2022

As one of the most prominent tournament organizers in Web3, we are closing this month having organized 15 tournaments across Web2 and Web3. Not only do we organize, but we also win. Over the course of the month, we achieved the following:

• Won 7 ev.io tournaments

• Won 1 Cometh tournament

• Maintained the rank of Number 1 clan on ev.io

• Our players won over $2,265 USD in prize pools from non-XBorg tournaments

• Won the first The Bornless Bonfire Brawl.

• Still the world champions of The Harvest

XBorg is now home to a community of 3,553 active tournament players. We are the most competitive community in Web3.

This month saw us enter into close conversations with some extremely exciting faces in the Web3 industry, and have officially entered into a partnership with Zilliqa. This partnership will see our two organizations co-host events, and tournaments, and gain early access to games launched on Zilliqa. In addition to partnerships, we are proud to announce Désiré Koussawo, the President of France Esports, as an investor in our mission and vision.

We are excited to welcome all the new faces into our community, as this month saw XBorg grow to over 6000 members on Discord, that's around 2500 new players, and our Twitter has also grown to 7000 followers. Welcome Xplorers, glad to have you with us on this journey. In addition, our Twitch has grown to 620 Followers, and our Youtube has grown to 460 Subscribers.

XBorg is nothing without the individuals that make it, and our vision would not exist without you. Like every month, you have surprised us with your passions and efforts. It would be impossible to thank everyone, so this month we want to give a massive shoutout to Dashwood. In terms of content creation and engagement, you have taken us aback. From creating engaging discussions, writing deep research, and asking solid questions, you have earned your position as this month’s MVP. Thank you Dashwood, this month is yours.

We are one of the leading sources of GameFi content creation in Web3. With time we have established our work within many communities, and as such, they have been very keen to connect with our Xplorers. Our Subreddit r/XBorg held an exciting AMA with Immutable X, where all our questions about their native games and technologies were addressed. We look forward to collaborating with them further in the near future. Additionally, we held an AMA with the best Web3 pro-player LEX who plays ev.io and other shooters for XBorg, and we received insights into what it takes to be the best. The month of October will be filled with similar opportunities to connect with communities and individuals that are building the Web3 space, so make sure to follow our Subreddit for all the upcoming events.

Though the AMAs and events did not end there, as our Twitch hosted a myriad of AMAs including, Earth From Another Sun, Cross The Ages, and Swissborg. Additionally, we held five (The first Twitterspace was held in late August) unique Twitterspaces to discuss Web3 gaming, its strengths and weaknesses, and its future trajectories. Without a doubt, this month was marked by a very large landmark, the Prometheus NFT mint. Over the course of late August, we announced our genesis NFT, and on the 16th of September, we held the sale. 80% of the total supply sold out in 7 minutes, while the full supply sold out in  25 mins. We are speechless. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the people who have been with us from the beginning, and those who have recently joined. This is just the beginning.

Following the NFT mint, XBorg was able to take its first large step towards decentralization by offering its holders governance rights with our dedicated snapshot page. We have passed our first governance action, and are looking forward to building together.

Finally, we have spent the month of September developing key ecosystem technologies that we intend on releasing in  October. We are pioneering these sets of technologies we call PlayFi. This concept denotes is a set of blockchain technologies that empower players and reimagine GameFi. Examples are: Gaming Digital Identity, Decentralized esports, Initial Team Offerings (ITOs), quest marketplace, and a social network for gaming are all being implemented. This allows players to own their data and achievements while becoming a vital component of the gaming value chain. In October you can expect to see the launch of our Gaming Digital Identity and Launchpad. You can learn more about these solutions on our Whitepaper.

The XBorg Prometheus NFT offers its holders a host of utilities, and this month has not been short of any. Other than access to our governance platform, our Prometheus holders gained access to BigTime Ruby Passes and their first investment round. The community reached a consensus to expedite the early deal-flow opportunities and start receiving them before the launchpad. The first deal that our community has been exposed to is into The Harvest’s private sale round for their $HAR token.

One of the next big milestones will be the release of our launchpad that will streamline the investment processes and the ability to KYC individuals that are not eligible to download the SwissBorg app. You can expect big updates in this sector in the month of October.
