Background:
The hype surrounding human-initiated contact with extraterrestrials (who have essentially illegally invaded our planet, or struck deals with deep government actors without humanities collective consent) cannot be underestimated.
You have CE5 and Steven Greer, who charges significant amounts of money for his pro-alien intervention indoctrination programs, and you have the Chris Bledsoe phenomenon, where people have reported that they were often seeing conventional passenger aircraft, and he’s passing them off as UAP. You see others cheering and going wild at these events, as if it’s some kind of spiritual experience, whilst booing at military aircraft, as if this is who the real bad guys are.
It’s madness. It’s sickening. And it gets even worse. We also have the satanic, pro-ET intervention, pro genetic engineering and transhumanism, pro-nudist cult Raëlism, who worship Zeta Greys as gods or Elohim. This isn’t a joke, I’ve actually seen individuals on 𝕏 who are engaged in this kind of activity.
Raëlists want to build an embassy to welcome the ET intervention and allow these races to take control of Earth. No declaration of human sovereignty, no democratic consensus on whether we should allow extraterrestrials free access to our peoples, our animals, our environment, or to build out their infrastructure in secret and gain influence over our institutions; just build the embassy and welcome them with no discernment or consent.
A quick note to say that Phil Schneider claimed tall Greys were growing humans and human body parts in gestation tanks in their underground facilities. There are also substantial reports of humans being murdered and mutilated by ETs, just like they have done with our cattle and other animals.
The International Raëlian Movement, which I claim is Satanic in the Guénonian sense; ontologically adversarial, inversive, and anti-God, appears to receive significant funding and support.
In contrast, resistance against the ET intervention is minimal, if not largely unheard of. All of the works of Marshall Vian Summers (The Allies of Humanity briefings and The New Message from God) are made freely available and accessible online, whilst Summers receives very little support or attention. He has a small and dedicated following, but our movement is largely unknown.
Why is this happening? Why are people welcoming and summoning ETs rather than repelling, opposing, and rejecting their activities and their presence here?
The reasons are far reaching, and we will not go into detail here as it has been covered extensively elsewhere. Humanity is acting like the Naive Natives of a world that is being colonised by more technologically and cognitively advanced forces, whilst we are being systemically dampened and pacified into a state of non-responsive non-resistance.
So why are we not fending them off—surely some of us can learn to resist them?
This should be the obvious, human response to an alien invasion, even if it’s covert, kept secret, and riddled with disinformation.
We are an aggressive race, but we haven’t yet developed the discernment, and all of our aggression is being directed at each other, fighting each other, hatred is directed at other human groups, when really, we should be directing this energy at the alien intervention.
Here I am not proposing an Alien Hate League (it already exists anyway), I am proposing the creation of The Guilds. These Guilds would be aligned with the principles of human unity, planetary defence, resource and technological self sufficiency, human sovereignty, psychic shielding, inner Knowledge, and the expulsion of all ET forces from our world.
The Guilds might be structured much like Guilds operated in medieval Europe: groups of people organised around a shared skill, profession, or interest, often to collaborate, regulate, or support each other.
I propose that we use blockchain, Web3 and decentralisation ecosystems to support the development of The Guilds.
The SETH-9/ÆXO13 Resistance Framework (Phase 1) proposes the development and formation of decentralised resistance cells including tech divisions, psionics defence and mind space warfare divisions, and memetics/cultural divisions aligned with ÆXO13’s interests.
I propose that we operationalise these divisions as Guilds by leveraging tokenisation, trade, and barter systems in blockchain rather than as DAOs.
The reason for this is because I have read some ideas associated with q/acc (quadratic acceleration) that suggest Quadratic Funding (QF) (matching small donor contributions to amplify grassroots support) for groups and organisations, is a better model than DAO voting. In Token Accelerationism: The Story of q/acc by 0xjustice.eth, DAOs are critiqued for mirroring the inefficient governance models of the Cathedral (in NRx terms) and egalitarian leftism.

Individuals who become involved in a specific Guild, operating under ÆXO13 and human sovereignty principles would buy into the Guild through tokenomics; their skills, craft, contribution, and particular expertise, whether it be in psionic defence, cultural strategy, InfoSec, OpSec, cyber and mind space warfare, or Gnostic or occult visioning, would then strengthen the Guild and their unique voice and influence within it, whilst distributing and making available the products, services, assets, and skillsets they provide; Its all very Dark Enlightenment.
In the Zora ecosystem, we now have the rise of creator coins. I have serious problems with Zora’s model, and am only using the platform for dumping mainly AI generated images. Zora’s economic model isn’t sovereign, independent, or decentralised. All tokens (posts as coins + creator coins) are deeply tethered to Zora’s ecosystem, and you’re essentially wall gardened into their centralised system, which isn’t even built on Arweave.
However, the creator coins model is actually a great idea, and within the Guild framework, members could raise the wealth of their Guild through their contribution, whilst in turn raising the value of their own token.
The model that I am proposing is obviously universal. It’s not specific to planetary defence initiatives like ÆXO13, as it would work across all manner of activities that focus on shared skills and crafts within blockchain, decentralised, and networked cultures. Regardless of that, with the rise of agentic and autonomous AI swarms in the years ahead of us, it’s feasibly possible that ÆXO13 will be able to operationalise within this logic very soon.
The problem is not that this won’t be feasible or possible to do within the next 3-5 years. The problem is what I have highlighted in the background of this discussion:
That, and with most people in the UFO world not working in Web3, we have a lot of work to do.
Consider: if just one person with a large or signifiant following or platform shared or promoted Xegis or ÆXO13, then it could change everything. But no one is.

Shortly after writing this essay—after initially waking up in the morning with a voice in my head that whispered *The Guilds* 🤫—I found out that guild.xyz exists.
Its not a surprise that I didn’t know about it, as I’m very new to Web3, and have been in a state of isolation, incessantly writing for years. It seems that guild.xyz can likely support what ÆXO13 envisions, possibly as one Mainnet Guild, which will support sub-Guilds (e.g Psionics, Cyber, Memetics, & Knowledge divisions) within its operational infrastructure.
The real problem remains; even on 𝕏 the alien resistance community is very small, and a lot of the members don’t exactly get it. Either way, if I set up ÆXO13 as a Guild, then this will enable others to join in time, and contribute to what is without a doubt, the most important cause in world.
I don’t say this lightly; if ÆXO13 can operationalise and expel alien forces from Earth, then we can work towards ending human conflict, and making the planet liveable and sustainable for our future human generations. Thats a long road ahead of us, but it begins right here with ÆXO13, and The Guilds.
