There is a non-Earth native Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) present and operating covertly in the world ↴
This, or these intelligences, have been active since at least the 1930’s ↴
These intelligences represent physically and biologically real non human extraterrestrial forces with advanced technologies ↴
They are primarily here on business; for trade and resources ↴
They seek to establish themselves here permanently, as a dominant and ruling force; creating a hybrid liaison class between us and them ↴
Their methods of colonisation are non-military; genetic bondage, psychological influence, cultural assimilation, technological control ↴
The extraterrestrial forces gain influence over deep government, military, the private sector, religious institutions, spiritual communities, NGO's, think thanks, secret societies, global organisations, and political groups, to influence the trajectory of human civilisation towards their ends ↴
They actively promote tribal conflict and discord amongst humanity [problem], and foster [reaction]s that lead to the [solution]; a global, technological control system aligned with the agendas of the WEF and the UN — Digital ID’s, programmable money, social credit systems, smart cities, total surveillance. Humanity loses its freedom and sovereignty in the name of safety, harmony, social cohesion, utility, and sustainable development ↴
Humanity is incrementally locked down and imprisoned inside a digital matrix; an internet of things / internet of bodies, 5G-6G, global totalitarian surveillance police state, so that it can be effectively managed, put to work, and farmed, whilst the environment is sustained for ET exploitation ↴
Over time, behavioural, psychological, genetic, and technological modifications fundamentally alter what it means to be human. This is the Alien World Order ↴
In parallel to this model, we might also establish a framework for human sovereignty.
This is simply to say that ET forces operate without the collective knowledge and consent of humanity. Therefore, their activities represent an active and an ongoing breach and violation of our world, threatening our freedom and our security.
The obvious solution here is to establish a set of rules and guidelines agreed upon by every nation on Earth for ET’s who seek interaction with Earth and humanity. Our world constitution should be strictly opposed to outside intervention; ETs must disclose their activities and intentions.
If ET forces are found to be operating covertly, attempting to influence human institutions and governments, establishing bases or hidden networks, abducting people or animals for genetic manipulation or as commodities, etc. then this must be considered an act of war, and we have the right to use force against them.
Since they are already doing this, we are already at war with the ETs.
Phil Schneider was the whistleblower who linked the alien agenda to the New World Order;
“The Alien Agenda and The New World order are one and the same,”
He said.
I believe that he was right, and we may already be in some form of undeclared hot conflict with certain races or collectives, collaborating with others, whilst overall compromised by their psychological influence and their technological bait and hook strategies.
Many people in the UFO world cannot even agree if this is extraterrestrial, or if it’s a recent phenomenon. It is my understanding that the Intervention in the world actively promotes and facilitates itself as an ongoing unsolvable mystery, as part of its disinformation campaign.
Now, I do not proclaim to have connected all of the dots, or have all of the answers; I certainly don't, but I believe that I have connected enough of the dots needed to respond.
As more and more people start to wake up, humanity can collectively begin connecting more of these dots, and we can begin to operationalise a collective response against the alien intervention.
When I began writing the first two chapters of the Xegis Codex in 2020/2021, I was mainly writing from weed and psychedelic-induced trance states; dancing, spinning to music, performing mudra-type movements, and, though I have since sobered up, many of the foundational ideas that I write about in NOXIA came from this early period. During that time, I realised that there is an Awakening 👁 occurring amongst the collective humanity.
Today, the Awakening is evident, as you only need to look at GBNews, or Australian Sky News, and all of the things that I am talking about, regarding the trajectory towards a global totalitarian digital control system, are actively being discussed daily. ¹
Minus the extraterrestrial factor.
But then, you only have to look at Ross Coulthart on NewsNation, for example, and what is happening in U.S. congressional hearings, and legislative efforts such as the UAP Disclosure Act, to understand the scale and significance of the disclosure process, along with the hundreds of podcasts on the topic, which gain significant view counts, to understand how huge this subject has become.
People are already starting to realise that we are fast losing our freedom, now all they need to do is understand that this is linked to the alien agenda.
Once humanity begins connecting more of these these dots — and I believe we’ll soon get there — then we will be in a strong and a powerful position to respond, and actively fight back collectively against the Intervention.
