Recent highlights included the ENS x Octant Grant results and ongoing collaborations with Aragon (Space Split feature), Guild Guild, and Community Graphs on funding and allocation tooling.
👥 @Cathy
Zuzalu.City: Currently undergoing audits and strengthening vetting and access controls. Due to a security concern, the repo has been temporarily made private. A new, stable space storage solution will go live after the audits are complete.
👥 @Reno
CarbonVote: Making community decisions easier with one-click voting and increased engagement via the X-bot.
👥 @Reno

👥 @Jason
Community Graphs: Collaborating with Guild Guild and ECF to develop community tooling for determining membership levels.
👥 @Jesse
POAP: inviting attendees to collect the POAP of Zuzalu Software Townhall May.
👥 @Salmanneedsajob
Cross-Cutting Discussions: In the context of retro-funding mechanics, the community highlighted the need for mechanisms to accept or decline streaming rewards and to address potential conflicts of interest when tool-builders are also grantees. Community leads are exploring opt-out toggles and peer-review safeguards to ensure fairness.

Meeting ETHCluj and Celebrating Their First Conference | Cluj, June 26–28, 2025
👥 @Simona
Simona shared updates on ETHCluj, a growing Ethereum community based in Cluj, Romania. This year marks a major milestone as they host their first-ever inclusive conference, welcoming everyone — from curious newcomers to seasoned Ethereum builders. The event will feature workshops and talks focused on hands-on Ethereum skills and effective onboarding.
ETHCluj started as a small grassroots developer group and has since grown to regularly organize both online and offline meetups. Simona spotlighted their “Road to ETHCluj” initiative, which encourages engagement by rewarding active participants with proof-of-attendance credentials and conference discounts.
The community strongly values inclusivity, local talent, and accessibility, working to make Ethereum approachable through ongoing programming. While ETHBucharest emphasizes highly technical content, ETHCluj blends grassroots meetups with a large annual conference — offering a complementary experience within the Romanian Ethereum landscape.
Key challenges include onboarding newcomers and attracting sponsorship, but ETHCluj is committed to sustainable growth through patience and consistency. The community stays active on Telegram and Twitter, and regularly uploads meetup recordings to YouTube to keep members informed and engaged.
*Due to technical issues, the Zuzalu Software May edition will mostly feature the slides and our blog post instead of the full recording on YouTube, Spotify & ApplePodcast. We’re working to improve our recording process for future sessions.
Thanks for your understanding and continued support for Zuzalu Software❤️
