Just got back from this amazing city. I am SHOCKED that technologists are sleeping on this gem of a city. Low crime, great food, great weather, beautiful people, great culture, no income tax, less expensive than Bay area, etc etc.
I am moving here and nothing will stop me
I've come such a long way with spirituality this year. From complete faith in the divine, to serious doubt, to apathy, to a recommitment with more maturity and humility than before.
My sense now is that spirituality is simply the way that we interact with what is real but (just) beyond understanding ✨
Fell off the social media routine, got back on in full force (thanks gary V) got addicted, and now am back on farcaster and cautiously trying to get into content creation without getting dopaminergically used like a muppet in the process.

I think it's in everyone's best self interest to find what they can do obsessively for 8 - 10hrs a day (i.e. fun), find a way to monetize it via the internet (not only for the income but because money is an important signal for quality) and then distribute it digitally on the internet.
I think being of service without expecting anything in return is kind of like creating value from nothing.
You took energy inside you and transformed it into utility and love for someone else.
Somehow the universe gives you more than what you gave (even more energy, more love, etc) ❤️
I think that anger and negativity towards others is directly related to how much you hate (or love yourself).
The angriest people in my life tend to have deep self loathing. My heart goes out to these people 😞❤️
It just hit me that I upload all of my code to a centralized server (Github) owned and operated by a Big Tech corporation (Microsoft) with a clear history of purely profit driven behavior.
Like, github should be an IPFS enabled front end with cryptographically enforced code ownership. Am I high rn?
