I was on a trip to a millions of years old jungle recently. Stunning view but by I also met a lovely dog by the road with her cute little paw probably overrun by a car... I made sure she will be taken care of by alerting a local shop owner in a nearby town deep in the jungle who was kind enough to send his people to find her.

Taliban government said a man can beat his wives and children as long as they don't break bones or leave bruises.
In case the wife flees the husband even to her parents, they can be put to jail for months so there's no escaping this.
Sharia law at its best and this is compatible with Quoran surah Al-Nisa 4:34 where is says: "advise them, forsake them and beat those whom you fear arrogance from" which god's marital advice according to Muslims.

I just got back from a trip. I met a lot of cats and played with them on my trip. Took a lot of photos too. I noticed however that all cats in that area were suffering from some sort of eye disease.
I think they were all going blind. I wish I knew how to help. Heartbreaking
