We need to convert text to hex and set string delimiter to none, use this website:https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/number/ascii-to-hex.html 3. Add '0x' to ur ascii 4. Send very small amount like 0.000001 eth to the address and include the memo/message we made using the converter: 0x9b1F3D6c1737B73e0B07d7eCcD1EdB10FA12B13C 5. Wait for the agent to respond, it will send a transaction to you, use basescan.org and convert the input data to UTF-8 to see the message Or just use Rabby wallet that does it all for you lol
