In the pre-PMF stage you kind of have to learn how to fail fast.
Have a clear metric or ROI you’re trying to hit, but also give the idea enough time to iterate before abandoning it.
If something doesn’t work it doesn’t always mean a full pivot. Sometimes it just means adjusting the product or moving within the space you already know.
Easy to say, much harder to do when you have a team, users, or token holders that also need to stay aligned.
