AI agents feel like metaverse 2.0 to me. We’ve already made most everyday stuff so “few clicks” that telling an agent what to do is actually more work than just doing it myself. Flights are the perfect example. I’m picky: newer Airbus, aisle seat, certain carriers, etc. Explaining all that (and trusting it not to mess up) takes longer than just clicking through Lufthansa. Maybe there are great use cases, but I’m not booking flights with an agent anytime soon.
