– can i describe who this is for as a real person
(not “creators”, but someone sitting in Hyderabad already trying to solve 'X' pain point and failing)
– do they say “interesting” or do they ask what to do next
– is the value clear enough that they’d share it with someone else
– what were they already doing to solve this before they found us
– where exactly do people drop off
– does the next step feel natural or does it feel like work
– how much of the sales process can i automate
– how many holes can i poke in the sale before it breaks
agreement means nothing.
sales = action taken.
