Good afternoon friends, I read an article and it interested me, they write that sleep deprivation is directly related to cravings for sweets, disruptions in eating and overeating, experts advise going to bed at the same time and not using gadgets one hour before bedtime (is this possible😁) and also that lack of sleep can cause weight gain, I wonder if this could be true 🤔 have a nice weekend everyone friends 🫶
